4.2 Product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are provided by Sellers. BuyBingo does not guarantee absolute accuracy of such information, though efforts are made to ensure reliability.
4.3 The responsibility for quality, authenticity, safety, and compliance of products rests with Sellers.
5. Orders and Payments
5.1 Placing an order on BuyBingo constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. Acceptance of your order occurs when confirmed by the Seller or BuyBingo.

9. Intellectual Property
