Refund & Return

General Principles

1.1 This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the BuyBingo website, mobile application, and related services.

1.2 BuyBingo acts as both a retailer and a marketplace platform. Products may be sold directly by BuyBingo or by third-party Sellers. While we facilitate refunds and returns, Sellers are responsible for product quality, warranties, and compliance with applicable laws.

1.3 Refunds, returns, and exchanges are granted only in accordance with the terms stated in this policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Products may be returned if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.
  • The wrong product, size, color, or variant was delivered.
  • The product is missing parts, accessories, or instructions.
  • The item delivered is expired or past its usable shelf life.

2.2 Products must be returned in the following condition:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Original tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Securely packed in original packaging or equivalent.
  • Accompanied by the order invoice or receipt.

2.3 Non-returnable categories include:

  • Perishable goods (groceries, food, beverages).
  • Personal hygiene and wellness products (undergarments, cosmetics, skincare).
  • Digital products, gift cards, or subscription services.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products.
  • Clearance sale or “Final Sale” items clearly marked as non-returnable.

3. Timeframe for Returns

3.1 Customers must initiate a return request within 7–10 calendar days of delivery.

3.2 Beyond this period, return requests will not be accepted unless mandated by consumer protection laws.

3.3 In the event of defective or damaged products, immediate notification within 48 hours of delivery is strongly recommended to ensure faster resolution.


4. Return Request Procedure

4.1 To request a return:

  • Log in to your BuyBingo account.
  • Navigate to “My Orders.”
  • Select the product and click on “Request Return.”
  • Provide clear details of the issue along with photographic or video evidence, if applicable.

4.2 Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our support team and/or the Seller. Approval or rejection will be communicated within 2–3 business days.

4.3 For approved requests, BuyBingo will arrange pickup or provide a return shipping label. Customers must ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage in transit.


5. Inspection and Verification

5.1 All returned products are subject to inspection by BuyBingo or the Seller.

5.2 Approval for refund or replacement will only be granted if the product meets the return eligibility criteria.

5.3 If the returned product fails inspection (e.g., used, damaged by customer, missing accessories), the return will be rejected and the product may be shipped back at the customer’s cost.


6. Refund Process

6.1 Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–10 business days.

6.2 Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise requested. Options may include:

  • Credit/debit card reversal.
  • Bank transfer.
  • BuyBingo wallet credit/store credit.

6.3 For COD (Cash on Delivery) payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit after verifying customer bank details.

6.4 In most cases, shipping, handling, and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to BuyBingo’s error.


7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Product packaging is damaged or missing.
  • Certain components, parts, or accessories are missing.
  • Only part of a bundled order is returned.
  • Customer used promotional discounts or coupons during purchase.

8. Exchanges

8.1 Eligible items may be exchanged instead of refunded. Exchanges are allowed in cases of defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

8.2 Exchange is subject to availability of the same product, size, or variant. If unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

8.3 Exchanges must follow the same return request procedure and timeframe outlined above.


9. Order Cancellations

9.1 Customers may cancel orders before they are shipped through the “My Orders” section.

9.2 Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Instead, the customer may initiate a return after delivery.

9.3 BuyBingo reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product is out of stock.
  • Pricing or listing errors are identified.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions are detected.

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


10. Seller-Specific Policies

10.1 Some Sellers may have their own return/refund conditions, displayed on product pages.

10.2 Where Seller-specific policies conflict with this Refund Policy, the stricter or more customer-friendly policy will apply.
